General Information

We're excited to share that we're expanding our clinic and moving into our new space at  240 Miller Avenue, Suite D2 beginning May 1st. Our new location is just a two minute drive from our current location. All appointments through April 30th will be at our current Evergreen Avenue location, and all appointments booked on and after May 1st will be at our new Miller Avenue location.

Waiting Area and Restrooms 

When you arrive for your first appointment, there will be a waiting area with chairs on the right hand side just as you enter. Please wait here for your appointment. There is a first floor restroom located at the end of the hallway in the back of the building. To get there, follow the hallway to the end. The restroom is the door farthest to the right.

Parking  

There are five free parking spaces located right in front of the building (see photo below). They read "reserved tow away" but they are available for you to park in during your appointment. Additionally, there is free parking located in the median in front of the building with no time limit. Please note there is a crosswalk just north (towards downtown) of our building. Finally, there is free, four-hour parking located on Park Avenue that is a two to three minute walk from our office (see map below).
